The Process
Initial Consultation
The first step is to have the stager tour the property and discuss the design, marketing objectives and timeline for the project.
Proposal
Once the initial consultation is completed, we will provide a customized home staging proposal detailing furnishings and pricing.
Staging
Once the proposal is accepted, our team will deliver furnishings and stage the property. The length of this step will depend on the size and scope of the project and it usually takes about 1 to 2 days.
Destaging
Once the home has sold or at the request of the client, our team will remove all furnishings from the property.
